Reinstall or uninstall software

MailEnable can be installed over an existing installation. It will not delete any emails currently on the system. The install kit will ask you if you wish to overwrite the existing configuration. If you overwrite the existing configuration, the email messages will not be deleted, just the configuration data that allows these to be accessed. If you do this, and create a post office which already exists, you will be able to access the email.

When uninstalling MailEnable, emails that are currently on your computer are not removed. You can delete these manually by removing the MailEnable directory.
