MailEnable can make no guarantees about the stability/reliability of the software and therefore cannot provide production support for software released as beta.

MailEnable greatly appreciates feedback on beta software. This should be directed to Beta@MailEnable.com.
When submitting an issue or request associated with a beta product or module could you please provide the following:
- State the beta product/module version number (if known).
- Submit a copy of the MailEnable Diagnostic Report
- Explain the problem and how it can be re-created.
- If possible, provide the log files associated with the problem.
We welcome any ideas that you would like to see implemented in future upgrades and will attempt to incorporate the best ideas in upcoming releases.
