Web Mail - Logging

Web mail logging creates a web mail log file in your MailEnable Logging directory. This feature should only be enabled if there is a requirement for additional logging or to debug/diagnose the web mail service.

Logging status |
The logging status can be set to either ‘Disabled’, ‘Log to Debug log’ or “Log to Windows Event log’. The sliding bar sets the level of logging from low to high. Low level logging includes only logins, high level logging includes listing messages, folders, sending, receiving, actions, and retrieval. |
Tip: Once Web Mail logging status has been changed it requires an IISRESET for changes to take effect.
