Re: Mailenable not marking Zen CSS and cbl spam as spam.
Actually, now that I think about it, there will be an issue. I am pretty sure that Mail Enable Standard does not have filters so you SA will mark it up and the batch file would send it through the system but the filter is where it get's marked up as "junk" or "quarantined". You could still get away...

Re: Mailenable not marking Zen CSS and cbl spam as spam.
For anyone who wants to investigate Scott's procedure I think it's here: http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=24726 Scott, I heard it was possible to use Spam Assassin with ME, but I am using the standard edition. Not sure if it works with that (it probably does) I am just trying to use t...

Re: Mailenable not marking cbl spam as spam.
I am still having a problem with spammers getting through. I have looked in the logs and I have many instances where spam was rejected, correctly. But 206.214.67.186 is a current sending IP. 206.214.67.187 too, obviously the same spammer. http://www.senderbase.org/lookup?search_string=206.214.67.187...

Re: Mailenable not marking cbl spam as spam.
Andrew, Is there a version when these dnsbl response codes were correctly handled? Before which they were not? I am not sure what versions I have running, I upgraded but had to downgrade because there was a problem. I could not send mail. You said the same thing, I should raise a ticket. As far as I...

Re: Mailenable not marking cbl spam as spam.
Can a mailenable employee please address the spam blocking using DNSBLs in this thread?
It's not working and we are drowning in spam. Or some users are.

Re: Mailenable not marking cbl spam as spam.
I have the same problem. I hope the Mailenable company will respond. This has been going on for a while. Months.
You would think they would be concerned.

NEED a response! Spam return code support 127.0.0.3
I really do need an answer to this question. I am using several DNSBLs and I am getting too much spam. I don't think Mailenable recognizes the new server responses as positive, like the Spamhaus CSS which gives a 127.0.0.3 response. If Mailenable does not consider that a positive that would explain ...

Re: IPAddressManager::OrderList raised an exception.
I just didn't remember having to do that. I thought the installer did it. This is a new server, I took the old directory structure from the old server hdd and copied it to the new disk, then ran the me installer over it. So no problem with that. I still need answers to the other questions I posted, ...

Re: IPAddressManager::OrderList raised an exception.
OK, I will try the latest update. BTW, one of those Windows 2000 machines has been changed out for a Windows Server 2003 machine. The machine was having other problems, it ran for 10 years faithfully after all. I had an installation error on that one, or reinstallation actually, where the ME install...

Mailenable not marking Zen CSS and cbl spam as spam.
I am running the free standard version on two low volume servers. I configured cbl.abuseat.org on both and set them both to mark the mail as spam. I have two other dnsbls set to not accept the mail and they are both seeming to be working, I see rejections in the logs. But the mark the mail as spam f...

Re: Does mailenable dnsbl return code support 127.0.0.3?
I just read through the ME help files related to DNSBL blacklisting. I don't see mention of return codes that are supported. What return codes does mailenable support? To work properly it needs to consider a response of 127.0.0.2 and 127.0.0.3 as a positive listing. There could be other codes return...

Re: IPAddressManager::OrderList raised an exception.
Andrew, as you requested I tried to put through a support ticket. But class c is grayed out on your form, so it wants money. When i went back the form was blank. I would have to write that all again. It's essentially what I posted here. I am happy to help you find the problem if you need help. Steve...
