Run nslookup from the command line, use the server command to set the default DNS server to whatever you have in your SMTP settings, then try to look up those failing domain names.

You would be better off looking at a mailing list with the option to only accept emails from members of the list.

You should always surround the path with quotes if it contains spaces.

Finally got the service working correctly by deleting the stored index files for the user most often referred near the time the crash occurred.
Must have been corrupt data as the service now runs as designed.

The SPF TXT record is on skandiacloud.com, not mail.skandiacloud.com.
Your MX is mail.skandiacloud.com and your domain for the SMTP host name should actually be skandiacloud.com.
