Thank you very much. I'm certain I've overlooked it at least a dozen times in both the configuration and the manual.
Thanks for your help.

Internal Email Only
Hello, Is there a way to create an email account that sends emails to internal domains only? We have an issue with salespeople interacting with customers via email instead of our CRM. We want to give them a general email like employee@domain.com that can only send to internally hosted domains. Thank...

Mark as unread ...
This may have been suggested already, but how about having a button within the webmail (both PC and mobile) to give you the option to mark the email as unread and return you to your inbox? Every other webmail client like Gmail, Live, and Yahoo has this.

SMTP-DENY.TAB
Would a large SMTP-DENY.TAB (4MB) not be a good idea? Will it slow down processing or use a lot of CPU or RAM? I have a list that I pull from https://www.malwareworld.com/textlists/suspiciousIPs.txt and was going to incorporate it but I was worried that it would slow down or crash SMTP processing. T...

Re: Multi-Factor Authentication
Okay, that is what I figured, I will just have to enact an employee policy that they cannot disable it for any reason. The FTC has set some very strict rules on auto dealers which go into effect in June.
Thank you again for all your help.

Multi-Factor Authentication
Hello,
Is there a way in MailEnable to force the end users to set up and use MFA? I work in an auto dealer environment and there are new laws that go into effect in June and I want to enable MFA but I don't want them to have the ability to turn it off in the settings menu.
Thank you,
Jason

Same problem here, current version of Edge and Chrome on Windows 10 and 11 with Windows Server 2012.

Re: Webmail right click ...
I don't just want to copy, I want to put the email in another folder for archival, so if you copy you then have to delete the original afterwards right, which just creates another step.
It would be nice to just have a "Move to Folder" in the right-click menu ... it's just a thought.

Webmail right click ...
How about a right-click on an email and move to a folder within webmail, the click and drag can be kind of a pain if you have to go several levels deep and forget to open the folder you want.

Re: Tons of Spams Email
Kamranghani,
You may want to check out MagicSPAM for MailEnable, that is what I use. I have used MagicSPAM for several years now and we are quite happy with them, they can give you the functionality you want and then some.

Hope this helps,

Kiamori,
I just worry about using a beta in a production environment. I am guessing thus far for you, you really have not had any issues running betas on production servers?
Thank you for all your help,

Re: Issue with 10.30 Upgrade
Kiamori,
Thank you for the post, but you should never use a beta in a production environment, you never know if it is stable or has all of the bugs worked out.
