Re: Emails visible 100% in Incognito Mode, but 50% in regular mode
They're using Chrome. Sorry, I should have mentioned that earlier. BTW, I didn't ask her to delete cookies since it's intermittent whether or not she sees emails in the main window. I'm not sure if cookies would do that. I want to check and see if there's anything server-side that would cause that. ...

Emails visible 100% in Incognito Mode, but 50% in regular mode
I have a client who can see she has emails in her navigation pane ( it says "Inbox (345)"). But when she clicks on it, no emails show up in the email pane. Or maybe they do show up. Re: Finding spammer's SMTP AUTH ?
Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the username appended to that line. Which log file should I be looking at? And does this apply to Professional or some other version?
I'll dig through the log files and check again.
Thanks in advance.

iPhones won't download emails [Helooo.. anyone here??]
I just migrated a domain from a RedHat box running qmail to a Windows box running ME. The ME server already had ~50 domains on it, each with 10-60 email accounts. The new domain has about 500 email accounts. For some reason, many people using iPhones cannot download emails from the ME server, wherea...
