Requesting help.

After installing in new iMac, the app worked for few days without issue.

Now again it started crashing in new iMac as well.

crittle1, Thanks for reply, But doing fresh install of OS does not sound very good idea.

I did delete the email a/c and reconfigured it again. It worked of some time but started crashing again.

Mail app keeps crashing on my Macbook Air.

If i disable my Email a/c which is using malleable, and only use gmail the app does not crash.

It does not crash for new mailbox.

I have lodged ticket for the issue.

Similar problem was faced by us when we installed ME 6.61 Ent. It was rectified in. ME 6.65 Ent

I am also facing similar problem. SMTP outbound queue has 73 mail waiting.

Possibly SMTP outbound not trying all MX hosts for domain?

We have 16GB Ram. About 200 IMAP users. No. of connection was kept at 100 with 360 idle timeout. This was working without any issues for long. Increasing number of connection can be temporary solution. After few hours, when no. of connection increases substantially, effecting server performance. Since upgrading to Ent 7.06, IMAP does not work.

If i stop/start IMAP, it works for short time and again stops working.

Please advise urgently.

I am trying to configure Exchange Email on Macbook Air Mail app. It does not auto discover my mail server. when i enter manually it give following error. The exchange server "XXX" is not responding. Try checking network connection.... I have already configured EAS on my iPad & iPhone for same mailbo...

Request you to resolve the issue at earliest. Because of this issue, EAS is becoming unusable on iphone & ipad.

After updating to 6.55, read/unread issue is resolved.

But we are still facing problem of mail app crashing out randomly on iphone & ipad both.

We are evaluating EAS from mailenable. We are using Mailenable Ent 6.54

After configuring EAS on iPhone & iPad, we have noticed that mail app keeps crashing. Also emails already read previously are marked unread automatically.

Further to problem raised above, some mailbox are now showing all email in inbox as unread.

Please advise.
