Getting notification when using 3rd Part AntiVirus (Sophos)
Good afternoon, I have configured Sophos CLI AntiVirus within MailEnable Enterprise 10.22 (paid for) and it is working by removing the attachment but it seems to ignore my old filter that allowed me to be notified to an admin address when a message contained a virus. Is it possible to use 3rd Party ...

You could also try running the 'Diagnose' option in MailEnable Management > Servers > localhost > System > Diagnose, this is ho...

Re: Mailenable Enterprise: Webmail Not Available
Hi John, I'm having a similar issue where Webmail will go down randomly with a 503 Service Unavailable error. We're not getting the unauthorised error you are but might be worth a read of the post I just put up, are you getting any event logs like us? Here is the link: http://forum.mailenable.com/vi...

Webmail goes down randomly (503 Service Unavailable)
We have started to have sporadic crashing of MailEnable (9.62 Enterprise) Webmail – it started a few months ago and we have since upgraded mailenable to check all the IIS web applications were configured correctly and it was all fine, then on Saturday it happened again – so it looks to be a triggere...

Hi Jumi,
Thanks for your info. Do your clients also use large mailboxes across multiple devices with IMAP?

Re: IMAP Sync and Connection Problems after 8.55 upgrade
The clients are not happy no. I think webmail works for them but quite slowly. These people have a lot of email and the performance just seems slow. Maybe it's not the upgrade, maybe the issue has been there for a long time but it is just showing now that some users have thousands of mail. Are there...

Re: IMAP Sync and Connection Problems after 8.55 upgrade
