MEIMAPS.EXE memory leak

For 2 weeks we have been having memory leak problems with the MEIMAPS.EXE process, this at specific moments consumes all available memory, causing saturation in the server due to memory paging. Problem date in webmail

When I received an email with the following format in the DATE header:

Date: 19 Jun 19 01:08 UT

It does not correctly show the date in the webmail, setting the date when the webmail is accessed.

Possibly it is a bug

How could I get in touch with the support to report this?

Can it be configured so that external mailboxes (from the internet) can not reach it? or in other words, a mailbox that only receives local account mail?

I've a problem with SPF, this is the following: I have an incoming email which is 912453537@qq.com from the IP address 59.62.119.47 which is not authorized for sending by SPF policy of the qq.com domain. Hi again,

A detailed activity log of the SPF query that does when receiving an email.

What happens to me is that I get mail that should be rejected by SPF, can it be that the SPF query is not doing well? Or that certain emails do not pass through SPF?
