When you create a new user within the webadmin you can enter the displayname.
When you want to change the displayname of an already created user, it is not possible to change the displayname, the field is not even shown.
Do others also have this problem?
I'm using 8.50 Enterprise.

Re: MailEnable Enterprise Edition 8.50
Hi,
I've seen this problem as well. On all mailboxes N/A is shown, even after forcing a re-indexing.
Cheers,
Barry

Re: 8.50 Web Admin problems
Hi,
I can confirm the first error, I also have this problem in Chrome (latest), IE (11), Safari (5.1.7).
Firefox (22, 28 and 29) however, does work like it should!

Re: AutoRefresh for shared folders
Thanks! The inbox is refreshed when new mail arrives, it's just that the other folders, or shared folders from other accounts, that are not updated. I've disabled the ActiveSync on the domain, however it's not licensed, but will test how this will behave... Not totally related: I also noticed that w...

Re: Unread messages indicator
Good to hear!!! Is it already known that in IE 11 changing the folder in webmail does not 'unhighlight/unselect' the previous selected folder? So when clicking around after a while all folders are shown (at the same time) as they are currently been watching. I do not see this behaviour in Chrome (la...

Unread messages indicator
Hi, Currently testing the new 8.5 beta version and found out that when the startpage of webmail is set to the account summary page, (nearly) all of the messages in the Inbox folder are indicated as new message (indicated by the bold message number), however all messages in the folder are read. Click...

Re: AutoRefresh for shared folders
I noticed subfolders are also not automatically refreshed for new mail. When I have a filter to move incoming mail to an other (sub) folder it is only refreshed when I selected the folder, or press refresh.
Can I change this behaviour?

Bug: error on deleting user in webadmin site
Hi, When I want to delete a user within the admin website the user info windows popups. When I press the Delete button I receive a Dot.net error: Server Error in '/' Application. Could not load file or assembly 'MailEnable.MailboxSearching, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or o...

Re: Webmail, IE11 -> can't login
For anyone who may be interested: I found the solution. I'm running MailEnable on a Windows 2003 server with IIS6, which (by default) doesn't have the correct BrowseCap files for the latest IE browsers. Microsoft has published a HotFix to update this. After installing the HotFix IE 11 is recognized ...

Re: Webmail, IE11 -> can't login
I didn't clear it before, because it was a fresh install. Cleared the cache now, but this didn't help unfortunately.

AutoRefresh for shared folders
When I have opened a shared folder (INBOX) of another user within webmail and that person receives an e-mail, the shared Inbox-folder is not automaticly updated, like what happens to your own Inbox (You've got new mail, indicator next to folder name). Is there a setting to change to update the share...
