We just used web browsers to access webmail. I have tried Firefox and Chrome and the results were same.
I could send you the related email message and email signature file, if required. But I don't know how to attach the files in the private message.

When I forward an email with 3 attachments, e.g., 1.pdf, 2.pdf and 3.pdf using Webmail, the recipients would receive the emails with 6 attachments with 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf, 1.pdf, 2.pdf and 3.pdf. We are using MailEnable Pro 9.0 and Geo IP restriction is set in Auth Policies at postoffice level. However, we have found the locations information is incorrect for certain ip addresses (from the audit log) and so some users could not login to webmail.
