[AUTORESPONSE] messages fails DKIM
It was brought to my attention that emails sent due to an enabled Auto Response setting (used for automating OOF replies) were going into Gmail's Spam folder. These were set up using the MailEnable Web interface. Emails sent directly to a Gmail address correctly appeared in the inbox--same account. ...

MTA Archiving Cleanup
We are using MTA Archiving to log all our emails. We have been running for many months successfully. My question is about best practices in backing up of the Archive folder. We currently perform cloud backups of all the daily folders but do not remove them from the server. The server is quickly appr...

Re: Flood of Calendar Events
UPDATE: Decided to delete them through 300+ clicks to get this user going. Still, it would be nice to know how to best perform calendar event deletes at file level in the event this occurs again.
Thanks,
Marty

Flood of Calendar Events
We had a user attempt to create an "all-day" event using the Windows 10 Mail Client (w/ ActiveSync) which resulted in 100+ calendar events being created. If you look in the _Index.xml file, you see the following entries 100+ times: <ELEMENT ID="D7A5628A1DB74DCC95CCC26B19EFEB5A.CAL" UID="10299"> <ALL...

Re: Occasional Missing Email with Outlook 2016
UPDATE: Did some more research. It also appears that the client occasionally doesn't update the server with "msg read" data. When I close Outlook 2016, wait a moment, and then reload, it not only picks up one or more new emails from the past, it will turn a couple emails from read to unread. Again, ...

Occasional Missing Email with Outlook 2016
We have a dozen or so Outlook 2016 users (w/ Windows 10) with the MailEnable Connector (2.72) talking to MailEnable Enterprise Premium (2.75) running on Windows 2012 R2. Many users are also using ActiveSync with their phones as well as on their Windows 10 desktop and report that email to their phone...

[SOLVED] Tasks Disappeared
I had a user suddenly lose all their tasks. Looking on the server, the folder with the tasks does include all the tasks as individual files but the index.xml got reset to blank. Fortunately, it looks like the index.xml.bak has all the missing tasks. What is the proper procedure to restore those task...
