I have the same issue, daily. Enterprise 9.81. I have a district email that is on the same outlook that syncs without issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone have a copy of MxScanEngine.exe mxuptime.com is down and the link in spam resources on mailenable doesn't work. Hoping someone may have downloaded it and still have the exe file they could send me. benjaminlp@yahoo.com

I switched servers and had this on my previous and it worked great but it appears mxuptime.com is down and not offering the dowload any longer. Does anyone have a copy of MxScanEngine.exe they could send me? Thanks

!! Sub folders not showing in email clients
I have a client that imported into mailenable from hostgator. He has a large number of sub mail folders. The main mail folder syncs with desktop and phone but the folders only show when logged in to webmail. He's using office 365 on PC. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

sub folders not showing in email clients
In webmail the sub mail folders are there and work correctly but they don't show on outlook desktop or android phone. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks
