Hello,
I am unable to receive emails from *.coop domain
ie. emails are not being received with any domain with more then 3 characters,
.coop .info .host
how to fix this and how to trouble shoot this ?
Please advise if any solution to this,

Yes, telnet works fine as well, the email partially do get migrated for e.g if i have 50 emails the migration happens upto 20-30-50% but after that it

I think the enterprise and premium version has spam reports would that not help ? I mean the users get a spam report for the spam emails they have in junk mail folder, and they would get to check the spam report if any important email is not held, Only in case of mail release they will have to login...

i can see a email icon in plesk next to the email Id list in plesk
