Corrupt attachments

I sent the same attachment to myself to and from the ME server in question, and through the ME server out to another server. Popped the mail from both. Both zip files are not openable. I checked, they are fine before sending. I ran a virus scan on the server system and did a defrag. Windows 2000.

I am using ME standard on Windows 2000. When I send larger attachments they arrive corrupt. I sent a 1.7 mb pdf file, it arrived corrupt several times. I zipped it, same problem. Small attachments seem to work. I sent the same attachment through an ME Enterprise installation, no problem. I know that...
