Is there a tool out there that will consolidate the various mailenable log files and make them easily searched and analyzed?

Will EAS be updated to take advantage of v7 note sync?

The specs say notes are now supported in enterprise v7.

So, are they going to be added to EAS so they can synch with android?

I don't believe there is any setup, at least not one I see. It works out of the box for me.

Active Sync allows smart phones to view and manage server resources.

The Outlook connector allows Outlook to view and manage server resources.

Without either, you could use IMAP, which would keep mail on the server, but not contacts and calendars.

Depending on your environment, you could need both.
