I have one postoffice that has over 40 domain associated with it. Now when adding another domain, it takes a while for it to populate the dialog popup but have never had it fail.

Are the clients configured to use the same name defined in the certificate? We found that if the certificate is for "mail.domain1.com" the clients must use "mail.domain1.com" as the SMTP/IMAP hostname even if "mail.domain2.com" is pointed to the same IP address unless the client software has the opt...

you can either delete the _index.xml file in each folder (fastest, will reset all mail to unread)
or
you can create a file _change.dty in each folder and that will force the server to rebuild the current _index.xml the next time a client connects.

Is anybody else noticing the 'System Messages' window in the GUI is not populating with failed login attempts anymore? I have 3 servers in a cluster and none of them are logging any failed attempts. Used to go in there regularly to see the history of account and IPs trying to hurl the servers.

Have been using SSL for years with no issues but am trying to configure TLS instead of SSL for the encryption method with Outlook 2010 x64 on windows 10. Mailenable server version 9.5 running on Windows 2008R2. Not logging any errors on the server and all i get from Outlook is a generic 'connection ...

If you delete the _index.xml file in that folder the server will rebuild that file based on what is currently there and you should get everything up to date.

We use MXScan with the Message Sniffer subscription. SPAM is all but gone. Leave greylisting enabled as that stops tons of spammers all on it's own.

Strongly agree with rfwillaims777. As an administrator we have to be firm or we end up on any number of blacklists... I send this to any account that gets compromised and lock their account if abuse continues: You are getting this email because it appears that your email account has been compromised...
