Re: Best Config & How To

Ian, Thats simple, I am not sure exactly how to do this, in what order I need to do things, what binds to what etc. Hence a guide or something, I looked in the manual (maybe I missed it), but could not see anything. OK, so my eas is currently working on port 443 with the certificate. So if I now cre...

Re: Best Config & How To

Yes, I have a few IP's and currently a GoDaddy wildcard SSL (*.mydomain.com) that I have on one of the IP's.

I am guessing I need to go register another SSL (eas.mydomain.com) or something like that to free the above one for web access ?

Shared Calendars with Mac Office

How can I get it so that users running MS Office on a Mac can share personal calendars, allow for meeting bookings etc ?

I thought Caldav might be the answer, but after two days of fustration, I can find no documentation or a way to get it going.

Anyone with any bright ideas ?

Thanks

iPhone and iMap

I seem to be having problems with a few iPhones and iMap accounts. People are reporting that if they move mail from their inbox to another folder, the email gets moved and it vanishes from the inbox. When they go back to their inbox later, the email has returned to the inbox, the copy is still in th...

MEFilter in its own right does not actually add any of its own disclaimer text.

It adds the contents of the .HTML and .txt template files.

THE SMTP connector has a entry to configure it to listen on a additional specified port.

If you really must do this (changing the outgoing port means all email servers you send email to, must also be listening on that port) then you can always use a port forwarder. Just Google "port forward software" there are loads and will do the job.

You need to start by looking in the lo files, they will tell you where your mail is and if its being rejected at any point. I suggest starting with the SMTP log file.

What do you mean, clients could not send email to domains that you host for them or your server could not forward the emails on ? A lot of ISP's block outgoing port 25 unless it is to their own servers, especially if the connections are DSL type. What I have done is configured my SMTP servers to als...

Using the tray "MailEnable System Tray" program, right click and from the menu there are options to see the connections of each of the connectors.
