Upgraded to Version 8 Premium 2 days ago
Have just noticed an issue with HTML signatures. It seems that signatures are being inserted as the html code instead of actually displaying as the html version...

Re: 7.55 Webmail (Attachment) not working
I updated to 7.55 this AM and just tested a small attachment (.zip file) with no trouble. Is there a certain size that attachments become trouble for you?

Re: Trouble after upgrade to 7.54
Found the issue. One of the replication partner fileservers had the wrong password for ime_system. Was hard to troubleshoot since that fileserver was not supposed to be getting/answering requests...

Re: Multiple Postoffice on an IP
I think what he is asking for is a way to bind at the actual postoffice service level (SMTP, POP etc..) not at the webmail level. As far as I can tell there is not a way to do that.

Is there a way to customize the list of folders for the agent to clean out? Some client programs use a "Sent" folder instead of "Sent Items" or "Trash" instead of "Deleted Items"

IMAP issue in clustered environment
It appears that the changes made to the IMAP service in version 5.11 may have inadvertently introduced a bug for MailEnable in a clustered environment. I upgraded one server to 5.11 and almost immediately started getting getting complaints from some high volume users. It seems the _index.xml file wa...

Re: deliver to=Junk

I just found in the logs on that machine that it is the one processing messages that are not being correclty delivered to the Junk E-Mail folder. My ...

deliver to=Junk
I use MXscan on my mailenable server and it is sucessfully marking SPAM as Junk. Most of the junk mail is dropped into the junk e-mail forlder but some are not. Is there a setting somewhere that will make this sorting more consistant? Not sure why about 90% get sorted correctly but the remainder end...

Re: Mailadmin timeout
I did find that meimaps.exe was reporting occasional timeouts of sql connections seemingly at random times. SQL 2008. I moved the database to another SQL server and the issue is resolved for now. I'm just curious why the issue would only present itself when trying to add users in the webadmin iterfa...
