Re: webmail and company website on one server
Are you using host headers in the site bindings? You can't run 2 sites on the same IP without using different hostheaders.

Re: Webmail calendar updates emails
Interesting update... discovered that if I put something in the Notes field the problem is resolved. Guess the validation being done in the background requires that field not be blank?

Seem to have a new issue with updates to calendar appointments. Customer reporting that the issue started about the same time I updated to 10.24. Have since updated to 10.25 but the issue remains. Tried this on Chrome and Edge with same results. Same results when trying on the local server. When upd...

Re: Error Updating users - failed to add the username/password
You will get this type of error if the password for the account does not meet the complexity requirements of the server. We see this error when updating accounts that were created prior to implementing password complexity requirements.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
You found it!! Right now you are allowing ALL computers to relay mail through your server. Change that to the Denied relay rights. Only add IPs that you want to be able to send mail without authentication.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
Another place to check would be the "Relay" tab under SMTP service. if the IP that is sending out the bogus email is in that list it is allowed to send ANY email unauthenticated. Other than that I can't think of anything else we have not already covered that may be allowing the disabled accounts sen...

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
Not seeing anything in the documentation confirming but I suspect that setting the server to relay ALL mail to Gmail may be overriding the security lookups allowing these messages to get through.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
much better to process your mail locally. let mailenable handle sending things outside that need to go. Also... if your server is sending SPAM out through GMail you will end up being blacklisted.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
do you really have smart host enabled globally? 03/14/19 14:15:34 ME-I0122: [537A586A2AD54742A3ED4947FAD847D4.MAI] SMTP Server is forwarding all mail (directly) to SMTP Hosts [smtp-relay.gmail.com:587]. this setting is under smtp service properties "Smart Host" tab. Not sure but that may override th...

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
You'd have to look at the raw logs to see how they are getting it through. From what you have said you have for config, I can't say for sure how they are doing it. You should be able to see how they are authenticating in the SMTP logs.
