Re: Statistics?
MEstats seems to be working for me. Unfortunately it only collects on a per-server basis in our cluster so I have to run it on each server and add up the totals.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
Pretty sure solving the other problem will solve this one too. If you allowing unauthenticated connections send spoofed email it would probably also allow it to spoof a disabled account.

Re: Sending of disabled accounts, nonexistent accounts and without FROM
Under SMTP service properties > security tab > Select "Authorized connections can spoof sender addresses" This will prevent unauthenticated sessions from sending with your addresses.

Re: create a *@domain.com email address
Assigning the catchall address under the domain settings is all that is required to have every other address that is not actually created sent to the specified catchall account. the * is not required as an email address.

Re: Multiple attempts to obtain the key of my accounts.
Under localhost properties, you can select the "Enable Abuse Detection and Prevention" on the Policies tab. This will auto-ban any IP address that attempts to access an account with bad password info.

Re: Is it possible to block receiving emails from a particular IP address?
You could just block the IP from connecting to the SMTP service. Under the inbound tab of the SMTP service you can deny access by any number of IPs.

Re: System Messages Have Disappeared
I have the same issue on 3 servers in a clustered config.
Ian@Mailenable... where does the GUI pull the system message info from? I am doing remote logging instead of having the logs on the local machine and wondering if this feature is not working due to the logs being stored remotely.

Re: Outgoing SMTP Port by Postoffice
Blacklists look at the IP the traffic is coming from. Changing an outgoing port would not help you. About the only thing you would be able to do is add another IP to the machine if you have one and change the IP binding in the SMTP service properties.

"Stale" SMTP sessions
For the past couple weeks have seen a big increase in connections from China IPs that appear to be making a connection and not actually doing anything. They are just using up a session and hanging on for quite a while. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing that would drop these connections ...
