Re: sending mail from websites fail
You can resolve that by adding the IPs of your webservers to the list of "Privledged IPs" under the relay tab of the SMTP service

Re: SSL
You can use one SSL certificate for all postoffices. The clients will need to use the name on the certificate as their pop/imap/smtp host or the y will get a name mis-match warning when they connect. Some clients have an option to "accept all certificates" when configuring the SSL option and this wi...

Re: webmail and attachments
Not sure if anybody else is running replication on their POSTOFFICES folder but this worked for our setup: In the webmail logs I discovered that there was an entry saying webmail was unable to delete a file from the drafts folder. Our postoffice and config shares are fully replicated and the issue s...

Re: Spam Filter Recommendations (MXUptime Discontinued)
I was able to update my Message Sniffer subscription with these guys: www.mailsbestfriend.com
MXScan is running as normal and no issues so far. ClamAV and messagesnf update regularly so going to keep using MXScan for a while at least.

Re: Spam Filter Recommendations (MXUptime Discontinued)
This is really not kool that MXScan is going away.
Wondering the best way to implement AV scanning in a Mailenable clustered environment. With MXScan it has been very simple. Write the inbound mail to a folder, MXScan does it's thing and then drops the messages back into the queue.

Re: locked mailbox
We like to use the other abuse prevention option. It blocks the IP being used for a temporary amount of time instead of locking the mailbox. this makes it so the actual owner of the mailbox does not get blocked.

Re: SSL for several domains
We have been using a generic SSL cert for several years and have not had issues with anything being reported as SPAM. For your users' mail client, they will either need to use the name specified on the SSL cert or set it to allow any certificate, otherwise they will get a warning about the cert not ...

Version 10 Beta
Are there any changes in 10 that would break a Version 9 cluster if we were to upgrade one of the servers for testing purposes?

Re: webmail and attachments
Updated to 9.76 yesterday. Testing today and getting the same results. Sometimes it sends and sometimes it fails.
Of six tests, 1 totally disappeared, 2 sent but no attachment went, 3 succeeded.
