Full mailbox
Mailbox quota 10mb
Maiblox size (according to mailenable) 9.8MB
Actual mail in folder 1 message, 28k large
Whats going on?
I show nothing in deleted mail, nothing in junk mail, nothing in sent mail. Yet its 98% full. How do I correct this?

Well mine is sending "helo server1.server1.adconn.com". Nowhere in the ME config do I have "server1.adconn.com" let alone "server1.server1...". But server1 does happen to be the name of the server that its running on. Either way, I have hadded an A record for server1.server1.adconn.com to our DNS to...

Funny thing is that in my case its sending something totally unfound in my configuration. See here:

I don't understand where the data is coming from or how to change it.

More info: I am seeing that its sending "helo SERVER1.server1.adconn.com" Now the name of the box is server1, but the mail server is mail.adconn.com. I don't know where mailenable is picking up "server1". Also I don't understand why it is doubling it 'SERVER1.server1', nor why the first instance is ...

helo [ip]
How can I configure MailEnable to respone HELO [machine name] instead of HELO [IP] as it does now, when sending email. Evidently this is firing some filters on some servers to disallow mail delivery.
MailEnable 1.x
Thanks!
