Re: Version 11
I tend to agree with the users cry for more Exchange like email. I have used MagicSpam for one year, then discontinued it because of the lack of saving rejected emails into a 'special' inbox. Once it is gone, it's gone using MagicSpam. MXspam, although looked promising, is a discontinued product and...

Re: Version 11
Unless ME can prove to me that support is improving. I will be gone by end of Jan when my support contract is up for renewal.

Re: Version 11
I came from SM. Used it for 3 years then gave up on it. I think I will look at Mdaemon and hMailServer when my support subscription expires. One minor update a year is not what I call good support. I think there is only one person running Mailenable these days.

Re: ME 10.32 vs. Country Authentication Restrictions
I use OPNsense firewall, so what I did was restrict ports 465 and 993 to US only IP's using GeoIP_lite. Seems to work so far

Re: Blocking Port 25 / Only Using Port 587?
But, what if I want to block port 25 from outgoing mail? Lots of attempts here to try to send email via port 25 from spoofed users. All my users are set to send via SSL port 465. I do not want any one to send mail via port 25.

Same issue here started today on one account. I reindexed the Inbox and it went away.

Re: Outlook and IMAP very Slow
So you are saying to not delete the index.xml, just add the _change.dty and it will just update the changes (deletions and additions)

Re: Outlook and IMAP very Slow
That is the commands in the script using _change.dty. When that forced update happens, all the emails are reindexed. I dug in and now I see why I have that script. I have users move spam email to a spam folder and nightly I auto-train the dictionary then clean up those folders by copying _change.dty...

Re: Outlook and IMAP very Slow
The problem arose when users upgraded Office to newer versions. Starting with Outlook 2013, MS no longer supports 'Download Headers Only' in IMAP. So what is happening is all the emails and their contents keeps getting reloaded and I know why. I have a script that reindexes all the mailboxes on a pe...

Re: Attachment size in Webmail
Don't know where the ApplicationHost.config file is located. Ended up fixing it by adding this to the web.config
