Re: How can we reject emails that claim to be from the recipient but are not? Spoofed emails.
Fair enough. I'm only running a personal mail server and can pretty easily deal with any false positives. I'm not aware of anything that would help you. Hopefully someone else will have some suggestions. Yeah, perhaps Ian can chime in with a solution. This is a fairly large number of clients so any...

Re: How can we reject emails that claim to be from the recipient but are not? Spoofed emails.
That's not my experience with zen but everyone has their preference. Assuming you don't get too much good stuff in Junk already, I guess you could just put 0spam.org in the rDNSBL It's already in the DNSBL, which is set to flag as spam which sends them to junk. I would never set it to reject all ba...

Re: How can we reject emails that claim to be from the recipient but are not? Spoofed emails.
Try using zen.spamhaus.org to check the connecting IP. https://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020084 Have a look at this: https://check.spamhaus.org/listed/?searchterm=185.173.176.61 IMHO, the whole 185.0.0.0/8 is a steaming pile of $#!+ BTW, did you notice the dates in the headers?...

For example: Received-SPF: pass ({mailserver}: domain of dcacinc.com designates 185.173.176.61 as permitted sender) client-ip=185.173.176.61 Received: from dcacinc.com ([185.173.176.61]) by {mailserver} with MailEnable ESMTP; Thu, 1 Sep 2022 14:58:18 -0500 Received: from 10.253.237.14 by atlas104.ao...

Issues tracing an email
Had a report of an email getting moved from inbox to junk email over and over even when the user moves it back into the inbox. My first thought is a rule they have setup on one of their devices. Anyways, in order to check things on our end and see where the email was delivered to in the first place ...

Re: Outgoing Email Archiving Not Working
We are seeing this same issue. I have tried several methods, which no longer work on a post office and global level. Here is what I have tried thus far: the built in filter for "All messages" a script like this: FilterResult=0 If CriteriaMet([ME_FROM],"emailaddress") OR CriteriaMet([ME_TOorCC],"emai...

Re: Copy all inbound and outbound mails of one post office
This script no longer seems to be working for outbound emails, has something changed?
We used this for archive compliance for a post office but it now only copies incoming emails, not outgoing.
Please advise?

Re: Send to group is broken in webmail,
Is this an issue that was fixed between 10.37 and 10.40? We had to roll back to 10.37 due to the app pool crashing issues still going on after 10.41beta fix did not solve the issue.

Re: Unable to connect Xerox AltaLink C8030 MFP
As per my previous post the only thing logged in debug is [47268] An attempt to send as mail from {user} occurred but the sender did not authenticate and the IP address (ipaddress) is not defined as a local or privileged IP address. To allow this request, add the IP address to the Privileged IPs lis...

Re: Unable to connect Xerox AltaLink C8030 MFP
When attempting to authenticate to do scan to email the machine in question gets the following error: server connection aborted If I turn on relay for the IP it sends just fine. If I use a gmail account it works just fine. In SMTP debug I see the following: [47268] An attempt to send as mail from {u...
