We try to install the MAPI Connector on one of our machines. Until now, on our other pcs, everything worked fine.
We installed the MAPI Connector successfully on a Windows 7 Professionel 64 bit System with Outlook 2010 32 bit (Version 14.0.6106.5005).
Installtion was no problem, but when we start outlook, the Mail Enable Link does not appear in the Add-In tabs.
The Add-In is activated, already checked this.
The shared calendar also shows up, but when I try to check the box to activate it, the node just disappear. No error message, nothing.
Any idea? Some else had the same problem and knows a solution now?
Thanks for your support.

Tom

Re: MAPI Connector does not show up in Add-Ins
Hi Tom,
It sounds like the COM Addin for Outlook did not register properly (which can occur if an antivirus agent prevents the registration/installation and prevents the COM Addins from launching.
Perhaps turn off any relevant resident AV and run the installer again. I would also inspect the Windows Event (Application log) and see if there are any issues at the time of installation/launch of Outlook.
