Calendar/Contacts Sharing for Outlook

Assistance needed: I have a client who uses MS Outlook (2007, so keep that out of date software in mind) who needs to use a calendar and contact sharing where three employees can share a calendar with the receptionist who also needs access to add appointments to it. I've used a sharing service that allows people to view the PST files, but that proved expensive and not really working. I did the Microsoft thing but it wasn't 100% what I wanted and they cancelled the service.

I do not want an import/export thing (that is just dumb for a business). I need something that will integrate and not cost hundreds just so four employees can access a calendar.

BTW, they do not use Exchange and I do not want to take them down that road. Any suggestions of something that really works?

I use ME 8.5 Enterprise.
