Delayed mails

We recently migrated from another provider to use MailEnable with the MAPI connector and it went quite smooth.
One PC though experiences some strange behaviour in that it usually takes about an hour after starting up in the morning until the first emails drop in. Outlook is open, and sending/receiving or pressing F9 doesn't help. No mails are transferred, until suddenly they are all delivered.
What could be the reason the for the delay? All other PC's don't have that problem.
Mapi Connector is 2.74.
