Does Mailenable EAS support Mac?

I am trying to configure Exchange Email on Macbook Air Mail app.

It does not auto discover my mail server. when i enter manually it give following error.

The exchange server "XXX" is not responding. Try checking network connection....

I have already configured EAS on my iPad & iPhone for same mailbox. and it is working properly.

you need to specify the mail server if it is not the same as the email domain, the auto discover on mac is fail.

Apple Mail is not compatible with EAS so it won't connect natively with ME EAS as BB, Android or iOS do. Apple Mail will work with Exchange but that's a different beast.

You can setup Apple Mail with IMAP and try and use ical and carddav but I haven't not been able to get ical working properly.
