Attachments and Encoding Problem on outlook 2013

We are using EAS for mobile devices for a while and i have updated my enterprise premium to version 7.53, now for outlook 2013 autodiscover just works fine but after adding the eas account only the message body is coming with encoding problem, cannot display the images in the signature and not showing the attachments, anyone had the same problem? and any idea?

moving messages to folders created under the EAS account are duplicated

and but this is I think a 7.53 bug: folders in webmail are messed up (only top folders are shown no sub folders even you see and can use them in Outlook)
