Hi, we use EAS to connect Outlook 2013 to our Mail Enable accounts, as it seems to be more reliable and responsive than the MAPI Connector. However, accounts will occasionally get out-of-sync with what's on the server, so an item deleted from Outlook remains on the server and will be stuck there until removed using webmail or another device (it's never synched back to Outlook again). Is this a problem with Outlook or Mail Enable and is there a way to force a refresh in Outlook without removing and re-adding the account?

Sorry, I have not seen this myself. I would suggest making sure you are running the most recent server version. Then, if it keeps happening on the one mailbox, enable EAS logging for that mailbox using the ActiveSync management utility and then when it happens again raise a support ticket with the log files.
