Re: 6.54 update from 6.53 - XML webmail error
Hi,
When does the error? Does it occur when you click on a particular message? Can you private message me credentials for the mailbox along with the URL for web mail and the steps to reproduce?

Nobody can attach files.
Nobody can save their settings for out-of-office and other settings.
It happens a lot really. I have already reinstalled, re-instituted permissions, etc.
Version 6.53 was fine. Upgrading to 6.54 broke everything.

Also, nobody can send a message. The button goes GREY and never comes back. No errors or anything.
I've tested this with both skins (MONDO & OCEANO) and the problem is with both.
Checked .NET and it is set on 4.0x

Hi,
Lodge a support ticket under "Defect" and provide credentials for a mailbox exhibiting the problems along with the web mail URL and possible RDP details for the server so that a technician can troubleshoot.

I have the excact same problem after upgrading to 6.56.
Are there some public solution to the problem now?

If it works - don't fix it

We have also upgraded to the latest version of Mailenable enterprise premium 7.55 after receiving critical update mail from mailenable. After upgrading our users have started facing problem in webmail while composing message if they click on attachment to attach files, they are getting following error:

Is there any solution?? Can we restore to an earlier version without effecting any user mails and configuration?? How can we downgrade as we believe there is serious error in mail attachment from webmail in version 7.55.
