problem with WebMail , when clicking on new (compose) msg

Hi to all

I encounter an issue with WebMail

after the login process succeed , I can read all emails and click on reply

but when I try to compose new email with clicking on new button then I encounter an issue and nothing happen.

I already checked NTFS permissions and everything is OK

I already checked the webmail log file (in most verbose mode) and everything is OK

still cannot find out the source of the issue

please suggest , 10ks

Hi,

We have not had any reports of this, so the problem is unusual. The most common problems with webmail relate to permissions - which make webmail sluggish and result in entries in the windows event log.
The following may help:

1. What version of number are you running?
2. What browser and version are you using? (perhaps try another browser on a different machine)
