DKIM inbound filters

Post by kbuchl » Sun Nov 10, 2013 5:32 pm

Dear MailEnable,

adding a message filter in MMC -> Messaging Manager -> Filters,
select in properties the "use standard criteria", enable the "Where the message DomainKey verification return results matching" and set it's "DKIM results matches" to "Fail".

Having this setting done, MailEnable then triggers this filter's actions when DKIM passes the verification.

Setting "DKIM results matches" to "Pass" the filter catches messages which fail the verification.

"Fail", "Pass" and "Intermediate" should be interprated as:
Fail -> message has a DKIM signature and validation results in that the signature is not correct.
Pass -> message has a DKIM signature and validation results in that the signature is correct
Intermediate -> message does not have a DKIM signature

This is existing in MailEnable Prof. 7.55

Regards
