hi
i have win2008 and installed mailenable and it works fine without any problem.
and i m using the mailenable message routing utility for tracing but today it doesnt work

the search bottom is disabled and there is no date to select.

whats the issue with that?
can u help me plz?

This means that there is no log files available for it to search through. If you are using Plesk, their reporting facility will delete log files after reporting, or you may have disabled or purged the log file.
