Email in retry queue while sending to a specific domain

Hello All,

I have been facing an issue since quite a few days now where in delivery to a particular domain is failing and keeps on looping in the retry queue for a specific domain. i have mentioned the logs below for the reference.

the recipient is able to receive emails from many other domains but not abc.com and the same is the case at our end where in we are able to send emails all the domains but accept this one. we are using Mailenable Enterprise premium edition V 8.52.

The telnet response to the recipient domain xyz.com is also performing well.

has anyone faced such issue in the past, would be grateful if i get a solution in sorting this issue out.

please let know in case anything else needs to be mentioned.

Hi,

The connection is being dropped during the SMTP DATA command. This usually points to:

1. A proxy/firewall is filtering the connection and triggering on he data which it doesn't like and drops the connection.
2. MTU settings are not set correctly.
3. AV program on client or server.

Hello Ivan,

i checked every possibilities from our end but no luck still, MTU is proper, AV is disabled, No proxy firewall is present in my network environment.

Hi,

I can assure you that's its not a MailEnable problem and will be an network environment problem. Check your network adapter drivers and ensure they are up to date as well.
