Hi,
I have deployed Plesk 11 in my environment. Now my customers are using MailEnable for mailing solution. Now one of my customers wants to enable SSL/TLS for their site. I found SSL/TLS is not possible and only pro, enterprise is provide this option. Before enabling enterprise or pro editionI want to install the enterprise or pro in that machine. Now I have some question regarding the edition upgrade,
1. What is the risk factor I have to check before upgrade?
2. Is there any down time for edition upgrade?
3. What are items I need to backup and restore before/after upgrade?
4. If the edition upgrade is failed, can I revert back to old state?
5. If one user goes to enterprise or Pro can I keep others are same STD edition?

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the reply. As per my understanding from the forum, http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27891. We can upgrade the Edition using Parallels Plesk Automation. Please correct me, if I wrong. Also I want to know,

Hi,
There is no risk factor. The upgrade is straight forward and has minimal downtime. It will detect your current configuration and data and provide an option to preserve it.1. What is the risk factor I have to check before upgrade?
See above2. Is there any down time for edition upgrade?
