Issues after Upgraded to 8.55 | Reply / Forward Emails

Hi Admin,

Right after upgrading to 8.55, my users are complaining that when replying and forwarding emails to external domains, the previous email messages does not display on the webmail.

This however does not happen to local domain emails.

Hi Admin,

Even the signatures are not showing up properly.
Now all users are unable to reply email.

Any pointers please?

Had the same problem. It was happening on some accounts but not others so it is very hard to figure out whats going on. Mail Enable did not find anything wrong so they suggested that my customer clear out their cache. Apparently some of the scripts were not updating. Had my customer do this and seems to have solved the problem.
