user keeps getting the same email for months

Hi,

I have had a couple of users say they are getting the same email notification several times a month for several months. They were sent 1 email, but the system keeps sending them. I've looked everywhere on how to kill this.

Not sure if it's the MailEnable server software or something with their local client. But several people have reported it so my guess is it's on my side.

Any help is surely appreciated.
