continually attempting to send email to unavailable email

I recently had to lock down my mailenable server because it was being used to relay spam. This seems to have now been sorted but one problem remaining is that I have noticed in my SMTP activity log messages are continually attempting to be sent from my email address to an unavailable one. This occurs everyy minute. This has been ongoing for weeks. I've checked everywhere in the settings but I can't seem to find anything that will stop this

the log looks like this
