503 No recipient(s) / 550 No email address no found locally.

Hi Friends,

I'm using office 365 for my environment and use mail enable server for split delivery. I have successfully configured it. I can easily send the mail to outside the domain, but when I send the mail to my office 365 users at that time I got bounce back. I got error 503 No Recipient(s) or 550 locally serviced, but recipient is not defined in address map.

Again I'm clarifying below points...

1. Office 365 is my Primary host (MX Record pointed to Microsoft)
2. Split delivery has been configured in Transport rule in office 365 ECP.
3. I can send mail and receive mail from outside organization but when user send it to internal email id at that time it's bounce back 503 or 550...

And Yes, I am using SMTP Smart Host (Mandrillapp.com) for your information.

Please help me regarding the same.
