Mails sent from iPhone are not received

We are using MailEnable v9.73 as a free mail client on our website hosted with WHOIS.
Different mail boxes are created for different employees and business partners. When a mail is sent using a webmail on a PC or Mac, mails go without any problem. When the same response is sent using an iPhone , it shows the mail as Sent (in the Sent folder) but never received by the recipient. Mails sent via webmail on Laptop or PC shows up in a folder called Sent Items. Unable to figure out a solution despite hours of reading and configuration changes. Please help as it is impacting our business seriously.
