MailEnable increases the pagefile.sys a lot

Post by DAHN »

Hi

I have just installed MailEnable Standard edition on a Windows Server 2012 R2 - which has 32GB RAM.

Before the installation the server used about 0,8GB discspace to the pagefile.sys - and after I installed MailEnable Standard Edition and restarted the server Windows now use about 32GB discspace to the pagefile.sys...

I just think the difference is quite large - and I was wondering why MailEnable does that..?
I know it is possible to change the size of the pagefile.sys in the control-panel in Windows on the server - but I would rather not do that. So is there anyway I can change that in MailEnable so it reduces the pagefile.sys...? Otherwise I am considering finding another mailserver.

Thanks.
