Our email is outsourced to an affiliate who chose to use MailEnable, I know nothing about this software, but we are having issues with corrupted emails, and delays in mail delivery. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix these issues? The mail admin is completely avoiding the question about the delivery delays.

Without access to the MailEnable server log files we cant tell. You need to get into contact with the mail admin that has access the log files.
