Because of the way the webpage is created, the encoding type will most likely not be automatically displayed in the right typeface (though this is being worked on). You will need to change character encoding on your browser. This can be done in Internet Explorer by using the View->Encoding menu, and in Netscape via the View->Character Coding menu.
