WebMail times out when trying to start

I updated MailEnable Standard this morning, and then installed MailEnable Pro so that I could have WebMail.

I have not yet registered the product.

When I go to http://localhost/MEWebMail from the server, or to http://mail.redarrowgroup.com/MEWebMail from any other browser, the software never responds, and appears to hang.

Mail continues to be successfully processed using POP and SMTP.

What have I done wrong? I did have Windows Media Server installed (using port 80) on this server, but have removed it. (the sequence was to install ME Standard (update), ME Pro, notice that WM Server was there, remove WM Server). The machine has been rebooted numerous times.
