Can't send to a particular domain. Confused about log

Hi, I've installed Mailenable Professional 3 On windows server 2008.
My problem is that I cant send a particular domain and can´t understand what log tells me:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sirt.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

What does it mean? There are differents .MAIs and i've not found any error about them.
What can I do to find out what the problem is?

Is a little abnormal. What is happening juding by the information you have shown below is the message is being accepted by the remote server but after it was accepted it is being rejected. Unless you are smart hosting or forwarding your mail to another server this could have the same effect.

You should firstly make sure by checking the message ID and the MailEnable logs that the bounced message is the one that you are showing the logs for. If you are sure it is and also that the recipient address is correct then you may need to check with the administrator of the other server to see why the message is being rejected.
