Save Mail To Appropriate Folder in Mail Enable Account

Hello,

We have create one web application(In .NET), We need to send each mail using Mail Enable Server through out the application.

In this application we create account of mail enable server for each user with same credential as in our application.

In our application mail is send from back end, e.g. User Update the account information then we send one mail to user regarding account information is updated to admin. So for that we need to display message in send item of logged in user. So how can programmaticality save message in to appropriate folder. We also create custom popup for sending mail, in which we have to address, subject and body and send button, So while user send message from this popup then also we need to display message in send box or in draft folder.
