email counting per user

Hi,

I need to know a way to calculate email sent / received by a particular email a/c IN A DAY (or date range) and a option to view this for each postoffice.

I need to limit certain users to send not more then 100 emails perday of allowed size.
and for certain users to send emails unlimited(limited to connectivity).

is it possible in mailenable or using any other script which we run on logs ?
Is this data viewable Live ?

Plesk Onyx 17 with mailenable does this now.
